It seems to be pretty modern now to use reflections, try a dark and tiny reflection of the text, might look a little "cooler" :D

Why would you use a black background? I promise you that means trouble if you try to expand. Logos should be vectorized.

The font was kind of boring and i generally didn't like it. I guess I won't get green rep for my honest opinion..

It's too dark. Try change your font.

The part on the right is ok, but the letters look "unclean", not neat enough.
Maybe it's done on purpose, but if so, it's not obvious.

Shadows are not the same on both sides of the logo (text/images). If they are to be the same, overall appearance may seem more harmonic. It's a nice logo!!!

It's not bad, a bit simple. Would look better if you aligned everything to the center though.

i'd remove one speaker from the right and add it to the left side of the logo.. seems like the right side is too busy and left side is empty.. just my 2 cents. otherwise it looks great IMHO

It looks more like a banner than a logo.
It's too wide and there are not too many places where it will fit - sure-fire problem for the future.

image on the right is too cluttered - too many small images piled up together with outer glow effect - not a good choice.

I'd settle with just one speaker, but very clean and crisp. Put LOGITECH on top, then Computer Speakers under and play with speaker positioning.

I feel that lettering has to be in a crisp font as you want the right associations in your visitor's minds when they see it. Crisp looking font - crisp sound. I myself spend huge amount of time choosing fonts. The visual image of the letters is also a good vessel to deliver at least part of the message, that would be read subconsciously.

I'd suggest a font with sharp edges, may be angled and techi looking. Outline graphics for the image is good too, but I'd go with dark contour on light background.

    cheers,
    astra

is your whole website's background going to be black? You can make the font a little bit sharper. I personally dont like black backrounds but its up to you what you like.

I consider that more of a header than a logo. A logo should be a simple image or letters that causes a person to instantly associate it with your company or product.

As a header it looks alright. It reminds me of a chalk board drawing or something. Kind of a cool effect but also kind of distracting.

I'd try to create something more brandable though as an actual "logo". :)
