could there be a problem if for example i register xyz.ro , and xyz.net is occupied, and its courtesy of a company?

What do you mean by "courtesy of a company"

If you register xyz.ro & xyz.com has it's name TMed, than there could be TM issues.

Example, you register Google.ro, there is TM issues

i found on an italian website that xyz is a registered trademark

does the trademarking apply globally or only for the country where the trademarking was made?

 

Check their copyright, it must say if the name is registered locally or worldwide
