Suggest me please...

Hi all,

I have some web directory. All are i m using some old version PHP script. All my site have at least 5000 site's listing. Now i want to upgrade the script version, and want to change the looks. I want to make them more attractive.
So, please suggest me how to upgrade it without loosing my all data.

if you mean you are using phpld just upload the new script and re-install it will update your database for you and all links will remain
