Sandra, you can leave approproate feedback without him posting in your thread. As long as you did actually do a deal from a thread, whether you post or not...qualifies for an i-trader exchange.

I hunted the info when I was new(er) and replying to threads by PM only with no posts to find out if I could leave an i-trader without posting and I found out you can.

    Good Luck

if this one is sending everyone pm, then why don't you all complain againest him as a pm scammer, or spammer! and get him banned! that would prevent others from falling into the trap!

That member is already banned. Why the hell did you trust a member with 14 posts and zero iTrader with that money anyway?

It's not like you got nothing, you bought yourself a learning experience. Why trust anyone, with anything, period? :)

yes, rajat009 is right ..just do it ..and never disclose PayPal about the exchange they might ban your account so be careful...just send an E-mail with request and tell them about the situation...I guess you might get some help from them ...althoug I am not so sure....I am feeling very sad ppl on DP are doing such kind of things...Umesh281

We have investigated and blocked account number 4273025. Unfortunately we
will not be able to refund your money because all e-gold spends are final
and not reversible as stated in the e-gold account user agreement. You
might want to consider obtaining some combination of help from a legal
professional or law enforcement to obtain a court order or subpoena, if the
size of your loss warrants expenditure of your resources (time and money) to
    resolve.

    Thank You,
    e-gold Abuse

When I requested exchange for Moneybbokers for paypal, I got several PMs from mebers that had very few posts, none or very limited iTrader, and no reputation. In the end i decided not to go thorugh with it because I was only willing to deal with someone who had good reputation.

    Yahoo id : thetruestory01

I asked him to return my $110 of egold for which he says " Thanks for the cash " and then goes on telling me that he will continue to look for more people and there is no one who can stop him. He then ignored me from yahoo.

I feel that he is on a look out. His DP id is newbunny.

Request to Mod : I;m not harassing/attacking another DP member. Please dont give me another infraction for this, I'm only sharing this information with others. Please beware. That id is banned but i'm sure he will use another id n scam people. Please Watch out run IP checker else a few people will get scammed like i got.

    You should be kidding !
Tell paypal about this transaction and get your account suspended !
    It's against their TOS.
The question is; what situation are you in, right now ?
Did you get the paypal payment ?
Was it an e-check, CC or paypal balance ?
Was it for service or product ?
If it was a service, they won't do charge backs but the dispute will take 40 days I think !
But if it was a product they will need the proof from you.

Wow, this is low - this is a complete LIE. I havn't even been on Yahoo since the day we did the trade sandra. I sent you a PM trying to be honest and work things out with you, and you sink so low as to lie about the whole situation?

Ok, this is what happened. I'm sending this letter to everyone to explain my situation - I am not a scammer. PayPal has limited my account because of the Country it's under does not match my citizenship, I suppose. Anyway, they have put holds on all my outgoing transactions (or at least the previous 4). I did NOT file these disputes. I woke up to being banned on DigitalPoint, PayPal account being limited, a queue of angry emails in my inbox, and PayPal asking me to fax in all kinds of documentation. Now - all the cases are marked "Under Review". I've tried to cancel the disputes, however because of my limited status, they don't give any options for cancelation, it just marks "Under Review". (I can't sent, recieve, withdraw, process refunds, etc). I'm assuming PayPal is going to give your money back when they are done reviewing - as far as I know, they don't even know it was for an e-Currency exchange (which violates their TOS, but I havn't mentioned it and there's nothing to lead them to that), therefore they should rule in favor of you. I did not mean for this to happen and I need to pay everyone here back if PayPal decides to not let go of the funds.

No, John didn't read the thread wrong. Rajeet (sandrarocks) did believe that John had done a claim back on a deal they did.
