Anyone ever W00T before?

I just popped my WooT cherry...got a whole bunch (4) telephones for my parents. They're old, slow, and prone to dropping things so I figure it's probably a good deal to get them a few spares But I don't know if it's the best deal, or when it'll arrive at their place...anyone had experience with them before?
