Looking to Buy a Website - Budget 1000$

Hi All,

I am looking to buy a website that is one year old or older has traffic and income, content websites are preferred.

My budget is around 1000$ so I am looking for people to reply to this thread or PM me offers with details like traffic, income, name and any other details that you think will sell your website.

I am always open to any type of website except - Fourms, Proxys, One page Get rich, E books or anything daft.

I don't know if you are interested in anything like this, but as long as there is an internet, you should be able to make money as a domain registrar. (Unless people stop registering domains, or you have absolutely no marketing skills at all)

If you're interested in a new Proxy site, PM me. My traffic has grown exceptionally. Not banned from Adsense either as I removed my listing from proxy.org. I'm getting 950+ Uniques a day, I'll easily surpass 1k uniques today. The website is 5 days old or so, and gets all trafic from Topsites/Legit ads. The advertisements are Targeted Weekly ads placed on many websites. Adsense generates over 12$ A day. Thats over 300$ monthly, Maybe we can negotiate a price / Further talk. The domain name on my Proxy is also great. Traffic is expected to grow.

I have a website selling targeted and untargeted traffic.
Domain regged early 2004. PR4.

Made close to $3.500 so far in sales (Owner gets about 50% of sales).
I have done just about no marketing except for the first few months.
Should be fairly easy to make a lot more with this site.

Currently is a PR 3 and ranks above the .gov site of the same search querie.
PPC is high ($20-$40) and CTR is 20% and above.
Makes it's income from Adsense, and leads produced and sold to Attorneys.
BIN is in the $8k range.
