I would like to know how often do you exercise. Before I was too lazy to do a routine exercise but then I felt too many things like back ache and stuff like that. So I started working out, I'm glad I did now my metabolism is boosted I feel a lot more better
Working out does make you feel better! I only do it during the summer break since I have time and its nicer outside. Making your metabolism is always great (feel good and eat a lot without gaining weight!)
Whenever I start going to the gym or start jogging, i quit after a couple days because of the university workload. I'll try to be regular in the summers.
i do work out at times! i have a bit of excersize stuffs at home, and i do some weight lifts sometimes! but then i don't have any fixed shedule, it is all about getting some time off!

I generally don't have time in the morning before work, and by the time I get home in the evening (I work later in the day than most folks on a 40 hour work schedule) it's to dark to go for a walk or bike ride safely. And atm, the treadmill just doesn't appeal to me.
As I don't got to work as such I go swimming every day and try to get 30 lengths in (don't start ) That doesn't mean I'm super fit but it all helps.I also love the steamroom and jacuzzi.
I rarely workout. I really should start doing some exercices regularly before I become a real couch potato boy lol! Anyone from Montreal who would like to play street hockey?
