wow man, at least confront me directly.
For the record - YES, I will do a Non disclosure, and YES I will show proof of earnings to serious bidders. Your bid wasn't even close to what I was considering. Also, it is illegal for anyone to guarantee profits in a business to anyone else. Even if it was, I can't vouch for your work ethic.

I didn't want to work with you not for your questions, but for other reasons.
    Sorry you weren't considered.

Its weird that my bid of $12k wasnt even close to what you're considering.. even though.. you started answering questions immediately after I suggested 12k.

I'm not calling you out on anything. I'm simply raising some discussion here.
After all, you're kind of selling something that isn't really a "site" in the "sites for sale" so I think discussion on this is a good thing.

For example, I have profitable adwords campaigns that make a few bucks a day and some that make much more. I Didnt know these can be sold.

So now, at digitalpoint members in this forum. We need to come up with effective ways to judge these sales and examine the offerings...

    right?

if there is a PPC campaign sales category, I could post it there. I agree, but this thread is a departure from the norm.

    Perhaps an "everything else" category?

    Again.

Sorry if you thought I was calling you out.
OK, maybe I said this seemed shaddy and I still think it does without a little bit more info. But I'm not questioning your ethics. Heck, this could be an amazing deal for 12k.

That being said, I think you should post.
    1) What you're looking to get if 12k isnt enough
    2) Questions you WILL and WILL NOT answer
    3) Payment Requirements (How do you want the buyer to pay you - if escrow isnt good)
    4) If you're not selling then I think you are wasting everyones time. So make up your mind. Either selling or not, and back it up.

Will save everyone a lot of time and hassle.

    No problem lindmar.
My taking bid would be in the range of 40-60k. A little less than 10 months profits, if I can average $200/day.
I might be open to interesting trades, other sites, etc.
I will not answer questions about which offer, example keywords, etc. This is to preserve the niche.
I will say its a G rated offer, in the top 10 networks, and I believe it is in multiple networks.
    I will sign a NDA.
I will not guarantee future success
I will say the campaign is scheduled to run at least until the end of the year.
I believe it will be extended past that, but again, I can't guarantee.
I won't use escrow services, since I have never dealt with them before, and they seem suspicious to me.
I just sold my affiliate site on here to a very happy buyer.

    How is escrow suspicious?

I seriously suggest using this, or people may not deal with you.

    >> Even if it was, I can't vouch for your work ethic.

What work ethic? Pay some ppc and watch the clicks and sales roll in. What other work ethic is involved in your keyword list and product sales thread/post/product?

What's to stop you from having your friends jump into this niche even if you sign a non-compete and live up to it? Sounds like it would take about 20 minutes to do so in that all you need to do is give the keyword list, have your friends put these into their PPC accouts and voila.

Thats why I would sign the Non-Disclosure, I couldn't tell anyone about it. I can look into escrow.com if a serious bidder steps up.

I just haven't used their services before.

    40-60k?
    nice...

So you were really wasting everyones time here.. letting people bid.. $100-200.. up to $1200

    Then 12k..

    Now 40-60 k

I am starting to think this is nothing more than trying to drive sales to your "affiliate mentoring" business.. and link in your sig.

WHO here bought the first site for 17k?

 It would have been the sale of the year

I can't believe anyone would have offered mid $XX,XXX for a keyword list. I'm not going to call you a liar, as i have no solid evidence to do so, but still..... ;)

You want 40 grands and you won't answer questions, won't make any guarantee, and don't want to use escrow.

Dude, whats wrong with you?????????

Who is the happy buyer and what is the site that you are talking about? Oh wait, i got it, you signed a DNA and can't reveal it right?

In resume, you wanted 40k-60k for a PPC campaign grossing 3k/month? Its more than one year of gross revenue, and you say that your campaign is scheduled to run until the end of the year? (8 months left)!

Come on, you were just trying to drive traffic to your signature, admit it.

Face it, you have been found out. If somebody has seriously paid you money, then more the fool them.

    Lindmar summed it up perfectly

What a time waster. Some people are good at sniffing out rats I guess. And the people bidding in the under 2k range, WTF? You think somebody would sell a site making 100+ per day for anywhere near under 10k, never mind 2k. If it is too good to be true, it probably is, and there are LOTS of people on DP who will try and take advantage of you, i've came across lots of them.
