These 2 sites are still performing well?

Your sites are new and so you should expect some fluctuations in the SERPs. Just keep working on adding unique content and getting links to them.

    Your homepages looks empty though

i had a site jumping from page 1, pos 8 to page 30. And now i am back !

I changed/resubmitted my sitemap a bit, put some disallows in robot.txt (for sites which were not really related to my keyword)...and i thinned out my meta tags to give the main KW more weight.

    Now i am on p 1, pos 7 again.

Maybe its just some weird things going o recently with google...because bouncing from page 30 (!) back and forth to p. 1 is odd ;)

This situation (falling from #1 to #36 to #469 on the SERP in two days) is both scary and fascinating. The Google rules apply to all of us, and this could happen to anyone, SEO expert or not. My site is created in Microsoft FrontPage and absolutely no SEO techniques were applied, neither black hat nor white hat.

I've spent the 36 last hours on various SEO forums, and I realise there's some kind of trend here: Webmasters reported fluctations of the Google SERP in both October 2006 and January 2007. And now, in April 2007, this happens again.

Is it just me, or do you guys see this as a "three-month-trend" as well? Please let me know.

    Hi there!

How empty? Empty as in "missing" or just "very little content"? Yes, I know. My main menu (index.html) is somewhat empty. It's the other pages that rank well, the index.html is more like a site map.

I think you need new on-page optimization. liek they said your page look empty and nothing on title and meta tags, no wonder the rank is dropping...

Happened to one of my sites last week, was doing very well (top 5) for some keywords but then dropped to I don't where (wasn't in the first 25 pages anyway). It briefly returned this week but has dropped again today, I think (hope) it's only temporary..

    GoogleRankings.com

But you should have an existing Google SOAP API key to use the site.
