not yet! the YPn is still limited to the US, when it will go international, indians will get there opportunity!
there have been a billion threads about this, no, there is no date when YPN goes international. Please read relevant threads before posting a new one.
perhaps in june-july they will go international! though i was expecting them to go international in this summer, but then looks like we have to wait till the end of the summer!
Now that they missed the target for this year first quarter "Yahoo Q1 2007 net income falls $142 million!" . they have to open up the market. Not sure what's holding them to accept us (non US residents). Maybe they think that US is the only source of their income? ???
If you read the other threads posted here about accounts being terminated because of low quality traffic or for no good reasons, you be glad that it is not available outside of the US. Most of these people have their earnings taken away from them. I guess they have a lot of problems at the moment and it is better for them to iron them out than to offer it outside of the US then it would be a bigger pandora box which may not be able to close http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=305356 http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=305472 http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=297092
there are a zillion threads / posts on this already , no YPN is not outside usa , and by the look of it , those idiots are waiting for a right time..whenever that is.
Which means, we're better off without YPN. theres more choices for us to be with. Google is the king right now. anyone can recommend which we can inherit the wind?. In terms of YPN proxy than can give us steady income just like old "adsense" ? thanks,
I have seen Indian company webhosting ads on Yahoo. So may be it will be at some point of time. No body knows when but I guess if Indian advertisers are running india based ads on yahoo so sometime ypn might open internationally for publishers.
The thing is that now YPN is small and they seems to be picky as to who can be publishers. But when it opens up to the world, the benefits may be diluted and the level of earnings may not be as good as it is now.
And YPN still has lots of problems to sort out- with targetting and stuff. They'll need to rectify all that before they even think of going international.
Please read the forums before posting ANOTHER "when will YPN be available in XXX" thread...thanks. none of us except YahooSarah work for yahoo, so we don't know.
