Looks really interesting, but sounds kind of strange, why would you sell something like that , that do not take your time and making 3K extra per month.

The thing that worries me the most about this is you never know when the advertiser will pull the ad from the network.... they could call tomorrow and say we are done with the offer.

Also, is he willing to sign a non-compete agreement, and a guarantee.. I would require a sign-in to the ad campaign.. at least a live screen capture of everything..

 

I made some tweaks and it made $230 yesterday. I believe I will be pulling this and not selling it, except for a BIN offer in the $xx,xxx range. If anyone is serious enough to bid that, PM me and I will get you what you need.

 

I just had a long chat with Paul via MSN.

He's not willing to do anything with escrow.com. Not willing to allow me to have the proper legalize put into place for what he's offering to sell.

I find that a little nerve wracking.

Considering hes now suggesting a bid of XX,XXX I suggest perhaps Half Payment Cash now with a 30 day hold on the other half via escrow.com considering he is effectively placing this in "sites" for sale. It should be run as a proper site for sale purchase of a site within the XX,XXX range... Without proof, screens, even adequate info... Right?

I find it very shady he'd not be willing to back this up with proper agreements in place.

Paul suggested "It's illegal to guarantee profits" which is not what I was suggesting. I had suggested that with a hold in safe escrow and proper agreements based on what hes selling, with a non-compete clause... the buyer would have at least 30 days to see the site make the reported claims.

If for example.. The campaign made zero in 30 days... or only $1000 bucks in 30 days. The buyer would then be out the original half of the 12k offer but that's it.

If the campaign is legit and makes what the seller is claiming. It's simple.. The rest of the funds go to the buyer.

Am I wrong to suggest such a thing? Heck, even a 1 week hold back would accomplish the needed proof.

I dont even know if you could put something like this into escrow.. But to just give this guy XX,XXX with nothing more then a little confusing info... is heavy stuff...
