    You need more text .. not sure if google allows this. Also, another suggestion is to make the right ad unit image ads only.

    Being a critic is easy, but I'm not good either at design.

    Maybe more contrast in the color scheme ?

    And more content too.

    Thank you for the suggestions folks. I doubt that I am breaking any Google rules as this is not a "made for adsense site". I am offering a service and have ads for my visitors. Just to be on a safe side, I will email google and ask...

    Content wise... ok, I will put a brief explanation of what the page is for :) and I will see if I can manage adding more contrast to the color schema.
