If you have like logs or something, try emailing them, offer them the logs, and see if they can reestablish your account. Be nice, and polite. Try googling something like "How to reestablish my Adsense account" and there should be a couple of articles. Those might help. I don't want to post a link, since i'd be advertising some guys blog for free.

Oh man, every time I read these I think I could be next.

Here is what you HAVE to do. Sorry if you already did these steps.

    1. Email Google, tell them you had nothing to do with the click fraud what so ever. Tell them you are ready to do ANY necessary steps to regain your adsense account.

    2. CALL THEM AND SAY THE SAME THING you said in your email.

    3. If all else fails, reopen ANOTHER ADSENSE ACCOUNT, either use another name, address, family members name and info, or open it in a Company Name.

Get a new site, start all over. "Sometimes you can't win, aim for the rematch."

If Adsense only gave you $13 why would you want to use them? Why not create a new site and use other means of making money? You will make far more than $13.

They don't offer phone support, just to clarify. :) I wish they did, so that we could explain our problems better and didn't have to wait for days for them to reply... But then, they've got their own reasons, They don't want every other AdSense publisher to ring them up. :p

On this issue, please remember, if you are right and did not do any thing wrong, keep on pursuing them, and eventually there are cases that they have restored account.

Losing adsense is not end of life, there are other paying alternatives as well, but publisher banned by adsense are banned for life, so keep on trying. To my mind, adsense coupled with others as such as TLA, Adbrite etc gives max revenue.

In this connection I would recommend you to a thread by AdsenseChic, which is quiate informative as well as may click here for alternate reading.

Before pursuing them, just be sure that nothing invalid was done at your end else your effort may not yield result
