Best Blog Sites

    Do most of you create your own custom blogs from scratch or
    do you mainly just use popular sites (like below) and link them to your
    site? What is your favorite?I'm new to blogging believe it or not. I need to set one up for a future trip.

    blogger is still the best. you can also customize it's design in dreamweaver. ;)

    i used blogger. the only thing i don't like about it, yahoo doesn't index the pages, only the main page.

    I use wordpress. It will get index in a day in google and yahoo. But MSN wont index why i dont understand

    If you have domain, wordpress is a good choice.
    If you don't want to pay any money, then blogspot is better.

    but beware .... blogger removed all my sites from my account. ** i have no idea why.

    They are all very legit legal site imho.

    I use both. They each bring something special to the table and, therefore, they cannot be adequately compared. Although WordPress does run a free version, they restrict what you can put on your blog whereas Blogger does not.

    I'm starting to look at both wp and blogger. Blogger is pretty easy to get going. Looks like WP has more 'fancy' skins. Are there other sites to find more custom skins for Blogger or WP?

    I prefer blogger (it's easy for beginners to use) I find WP a bit confusing.

    This doesn't relate to the thread ;) But yes adsense works fine w/ blogger since they're both owner by google.

    for the first time blogging i used blogger but then after i know about wordpress i change my mind.in addition,wpress have a lot of great plug in.
