    Nope. Although with YPN's targeting being as bad as it is I would hardly call them contextual ads.

    This is such a basic question, but the fact that you don't know the answer means you haven't bothered to read the TOS of either programs. I suggest you go and do that now before you fubar your chances with both programs in the future.

    try to use another publisher program according to google policy ur ad should not like other publishers ad
