Why are the UK's closest "allies" always refusing to cooperate?

I only have 2 people on ignore, THREE PACKS and samantha pia. THREE PACKS for being insane and samantha pia for his/her continual bad language for someone who claims (ostensibly) to be a female.

 

I don't even think he's blocked me, i believe he's playing with his ignore list as he proved here when he lied about me being put on ignore.

Also he keeps making a point of stating that i'm being ignored, i thought ignore was to do just that ignore that person?

I'm supposedly being ignored by AGS but he keeps thinking about me & replying to me so i'm not truly being ignored am i? this sounds to me a bit schizophrenic, do you not think so too chulium?
