I don't know if there is such service. But you can try www.zindexica.com, it's free to submit to around 20 directories.
You might find some auto submission sites but most of the directory submission services are paid. They aren't expensive anyways.
google it and you will find tons of them. read the instruction carefully and make sure you dont submit to the same search engine twice!
lol...free well you can try a few free directory submitters(software) they make the job a lot faster...but you still have to do it
I havent used many, I used the demo of directorydominator and worked nice, but there is submiteaze of something like that, heard its good as well.

I have a java based submitter, and am going to release how to do it in a few days, ill try to remember to pm you when i get it up. it is semi-automated, meaning you will type in the captcha and select categories then hit submit
