Copper Plan, it is a fairly small website with an informative intent for a very small group of people. The databases may end up being bigger than the actual code.

However if I like the service I may get another hosting for a new website-o-mine.

Add a month to that, because that is only a day after the event the website is advertising happens.

I will pay you at about 3:00 PM CET. Which is in about an hour and a half. I'm on a school computer currently and I have a problem with doing paypal and other things with money while on it.

Other than that, it is a deal. Thanks!

Well, I've tried to avoid as much as possible using your sales thread to request for service, and keep things in PM. Strangely you want to do it over here and call me rude.

Please do check more frequently your emails / PM before saying that I did not respond to your tickets.

My first email to report problem is on apr 13, to . I used this id because your company used this id to confirm my account set up.
That mail got bounced back. I checked your websites service section/support section. Just blah blah blah. No mention how to get support. Check you DP profile.
My second email to report problem is on apr 13, to .
Sent a PM to you on DP on Apr 14 12.17am .
Patiently waited for two days, knowing that there may be time differences.

Seeing still no response, Apr 16 made the first post in this thread. Finally got your attention. Instead of checking on your side or helping to fix, you spent just challenge me whether I actually paid you or sent your emails/PM. So finally when I asked for refund, then you said your process need a ticket... where did you inform your customer what's your proper support process and how to gain access to it?

I've initiated paypal refund for two days, email and PM all ids that I know, sent a ticket, and still waiting... that's what I'm saying.

Pretty much all of that is useless. I did clearly specify that i only want you to reply in support ticket. Not email, not PM, support ticket. Please don't insult me. I even sent you a screen shot just before this reply. Its turning rediculous. It's a easy. friendly request.
