It has even been translated to many languages . I decided to compile it into a pdf form and posted it for free in the buy and trade section and it didn’t get many downloads and that’s because people weren’t looking for it, duh from me.

I've been offline for a few years and I need to catch up. I'll give it alook and let you know what I think. As to whether it's collected techniques or not I can only say that it'd be awfully tough to come up with 100+ original site promotion techniques that nobody had ever heard of. Keep digging.
