I found the routine that those actor used to get pump up their muscle in just 12 week. The 300 workout (video) I tried it last night. That routine is insanely intense. Eventhough i used lower weight, i can't go second round. That floor wiper is just mad hard

Also only exercise can never get you into a Spartan shape. Its complete hard work with a lot of fat burners and proteins...
So its completely natural. I have been with some of my body building friends. So, I know alot about workouts and food products.

The hard part is no rest in between! If you take 1-2 mintue break between set, the routine is not that bad
Read below the second pic : 25 + 50 + 50 + 50 + 50 + 50 +25 = 300 ... Its simply a joke and no work out rountine.
why is it a joke? Because it is no 8 rep each set, 3 set each exercise, 3 exercise each body, 2 body part each day?
I don't think it's a joke. This kind of routine doesn't only require strength but also endurance. I think you can't do this if you aren't fit enough. --Joe
lolz ... ok everybody start doing it ... if you see the movie 300 you'll see every muscle is properly shaped. With those stupid and meaningless exercises you cant develop anything ... Can you develop : 1. Chest 2. Shoulder 3. Biceps 4. Triceps 5. thighs 6. calf 7. forearms. many there are many other parts. and that rountine is not a prefect one for anything its a crappy joke ..
