Hi5.LA Appraisal please

    Most of the extensions are Taken.. Almost all if U check.Not alone the major extensions. hi5.es went for $900 and hi5.biz for $315.

    Any comments guys?

    Is Hi5 TMed? If so, could be some issues, but still could flip it over to someone. I'd say .es & .biz is better extentions than .la. I'd say about $100 to $150 based on the sales you provided

    Thx for ya comments.. Shouldn't be a TM Issue. Only if developed into a social networking one. Here's the Trademark -->The trademark is for "Online directory-information services featuring information regarding virtual communities and social networking"

    Better avoid names like this IMHO. The word mark and title itself is trademarked. There are 7 trademarks on the term all by Hi5 networks.

    It is wrong to think you can register digg.mobi e.g and build a construction portal to avoid
    trademark issues, if the name is a company name you are asking for trouble no matter what.
