I don't know, I used to agree with you but differ a little now. I bought my house 3 years ago, and now it has almost doubled in price. If I were to sell today, I'd have $xxx, xxx more than if I had lived in an apartment all those years ...

I just gave a basic illustration of how much you could potentially earn in 15 years. My book isn't about investing, that is a well beaten path that too many people have written about.

You're dead wrong, to be quite honest. I know of Professional Money Management, which can earn you 30% interest per year on Average. I requires a minimum of $30,000. I know someone personally who can set this up. Normally you need to have $250,000 before they will even talk to you.

By the way, my math is actually right, all the numbers add up, you're just looking at things from your own perspective.....the calculations are 100% accurate, even if I didn't take into consideration the increased savings over the 15 years. When you look at it this way, you will have even more money. But you are right, it should be $24,000 for the second year, and so on...and I admit my mistake, but the core principle still stands true.

People will probably eat up the ebook...because I will bring truth to the table. The book will be co-authored by a buddy of mine, who is older and has a heck of a lot more money than myself.

browntwn, when it comes to finance............you don't want to go down that road with me. I just slaughtered another guy in the political section who tried to debate me about the Fed, and I butchered all his arguments.

As for taxes, there are plenty of ways to deal with that issue...............

Sure, the math is okay, it is the formula that is not.

I don't need to debate you. There is no benefit to me. People can follow your advice, doesn't bother me. I just wanted to point out it is wrong. We'll just call your new 'theories' Teslanomics . . . cause it sure is not economics.

Some of you guys are trying to blame the liberals for the financial problems in America, but when you do this, you miss the whole point. The liberals want higher taxes, but the republicans/neocons want tax cuts for the wealthy and concentrated power in the hands of corporations. The ultimate destination is poverty for many Americans, no matter which side of the political fence you're on. Me, I'm on the side of liberty.

Whether you're Democrat or Republican, the mainline members of your party are trying to destroy the American middle class....and they are succeeding. Do you libs think Hillary will save you in 08? Do you Republicans think McCain or Giuliani will save you? What a joke. They all have big plans for this country, and they aren't good..

To succeed, we have to think outside the box, get a president into the white house who really wants change. A person who will go after the Fed, the Income tax, and the destruction of our middle class. The people you see mostly on television will not do it.

Thats a tad bit harsh.........but few theories come without some imperfections.

I miss the days when people took personal responsibility for their actions and choices in life.

I've read the Constitution. No where does it state that the government owes me a 200k per year salary and no where does it prevent me from going out to do so.

    Amen,

Socialism is the answer to making anyone who is trying more poor. Which is sad we are Capitalist. That is what this country was built on you do more you get more Toyota. If you don't do more you don't get more which means you won't make more if you can't deal with that why do you not just go on over and move to O CANADA because they are already socialist they would love your train of thought over there.

    WAKE UP AMERICA!

If you want to be wealthy, or your goal is to make 200k a year, nobody's stopping you. It’s just up to you!

200k is easy... I see is a ton of people making 200k running the credit cards up, car loans, personal loans, Heavy mortgages, Time shares, ... by the time they are done they are giving it all back in interest to someone or some bank on a depreciating toy instead of creating residual income for the future and earning interest in investments. Allot of times the only thing that gets them out of trouble is selling or refinancing the home to pay down the debt...

Two things I suggest 1. Do your net worth every Friday 2. Figure out what you pay in interest to the banks every week total. This should be an eye opener for allot of people... add it all up... make your net worth go up every week even if it's a few bucks... its fun!

Ah, "Universal" health care is anything but "free". In fact, those same Americans that you speak of going homeless are the ones that pay for other people's "free" health care.

Show me a single western nation where Universal Health Care is not failing?

Someone has to pay for it.

I don't know about all the other countries but let me tell you they are
NOT failing ... the American media wants you to believe that so Americans
keep paying sometimes DOUBLE what other countries pay per capita and
STILL not provide universal health care for all it's citizens.

Listen remember one thing ... Americans are brought up to think that
the U.S. is the richest country in the world and yet Americans don't have
universal health care. This is amazing in my humble opinion. :)

Because us "rich" Americans PAY for our health care. There is no such thing as FREE or Universal Health care. Someone has to pay for it.

That's why it fails in other countries... That is why you cannot even answer a simple question.

The American media has nothing to do with the portrayal of universal health care as a negative or positive. I especially like the fact that people from "UHC" nations come to the US for things like dental work, and other proceedures they either cannot get, or have to wait in line for in their "FREE" health care nation.

Saying it fails in other countries is a bit harsh. Universal health care in most countries is far better than the outpatient, VA, and low-income care centers that most *poor* americans go to. However, it doesn't hold a candle to a traditional medical doctor or specialist center in the U.S.
