We're expecting Well, we tried to keep it a secret as long as we could, but to be honest, we've been dying to tell you about the bun we've got in the oven. We'll soon be welcoming a new addition to the Google Docs & Spreadsheets family: presentations. First of all, we want to welcome the team from Tonic Systems to Google. Tonic, which we've just acquired, is based in San Francisco and Melbourne, Australia. They have some great technology for presentation creation and document conversion, and it will be a great addition as we add presentation sharing and collaboration capabilities to Google Docs & Spreadsheets. http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2007/04/were-expecting.html
it must be fun to be like..... -Hmm,..(strokes goatee), ill buy this company, this company and this company..oh and that one too.
Yes, especially when just the "hmm" part of it takes over a year and involves 50 people all making over $100K/year.
soon we will have Google Office right in our browser. We use spreadsheet here in the office. Its easy to collaborate. I think MS should add that feature in MS Office.
why not ? i dont think they will have a prob with that ... The real problem come from the fact that most pc come with windows version , is (HP , DELL , COMPAQ , IBM , Toshiba ,....) ready to change the preinstalled OS ? Do you think customer will trust Google in there OS or will trust a software that they have been using for XX years ?
