    I just checked on seologs and seems as though theres no PR? Are you sure this is a valid PR 4? If this is a genuine PR4 I'm very interested.

    SeoLogs.com even shows PR0 for google.com..

    and this was a dropped domain.. i have regged it .. dont want to hide from you...

    But i hope the domain has some backlinks also as it is PR4 .. it will be easy to get backlinks...

    Yes, it has a nice admin panel.. from there you can control link accept, and other site related options...

    current highest bid is $30

    I dont knw where did u get all those info from.. but as far as i know... PHPLD is a free software.. and i have seen people selling directory sites using this script... so I dont think I am doing anything illegal.. if so the mods in the forum would prevent me from doing so ..

    BTW

    This is called a PHP script not software...

    Hope i have answered all your questions... if you want to know anything more.. plz feel free to ask...

    Okay, V2.1 of the script is free but V3.0 is licensed, I just clicked on the link on your site which took me to a page showing the license info. I assume that you are using the free V2.1 and that makes it okay - I'll offer $35.

    I am using older version ... its almost same like the version 3.0 and works fine...
