No... why would it be? Its just another way to include the code on your pages just like a <table> tag would.

i love how everybody on this forum has a definite, 100% right answer, and they're 100% wrong. that's why i keep some questions to myself.

the answer to whether you can have a site banned without being banned yourself is yes. i had my very first site banned today, the email stated that the site didn't conform to the terms of service and that they'd disabled ad serving, and if other violations were found they may disable my account.

to be short, one of my sites is banned, and i still have adsense. ta dah.

What he posted is fact. I recently had one of my domains blocked from the adsense program with the same warning.

I don't know what it takes to get banned from the program entirely. I don't know how common it is to just lose a domain.

They probably just banned the domain since I ran so many sites about so many things on the domain and only one section was in violation. One trick ponies that violate the TOS are probably more likely to get completely banned.

Fortunatly I had already begun the process of moving my site to a new domain. Much of the old domain's sites forward to the new domain. And of course, the offending section has been dumped.

The fact is that you can get away with a single blocked URL. This is an advantage of those who have more than one site because they get one site banned but they're still in the program. However, if you have only one site, you'll get completely banned and almost certainly loose a chance to get back in AdSense...

Why don't you use server sides includes instead.

    It should work on HTML.
