    well this just recently happened to me because i moved house, and i can tell you i had never been so bored in my life ( i practiclly lived on this computer ) But you do seem to find other things to do, and it made me learn there are more important and better things to do than just sit on the computer all day. So i other words it actually changed my life.

    I would go jump out the nearest window. Just kidding, seriously, I would call my ISP, curse them out to hell, and terminate my service immediately.

    In the meantime, after I've cursed out my ISP and prepared to switch, I would go to the local community college or University and sneak into the computer lab, and use the Internet to communicate until it is turned back on.

    Been there! Done that! I play a lot of monopoly with my son. We had a storm a few years back and knock out electricity for aleast 6 days.
