    I mean the domain is on my account and only I can manage DNS

    Just to add aswell we have been doing hosting/resellers since 2005 so we are experienced and we use cPanel.

    So we are purchasing this domain, however you will have full contol of it? Oh and we also have to purchase your reseller account?

    And what happens when the domain expires after we've developed it?
