Any limit for allowed Ad Campaign/Groups/Ads?

Hello,

i'm working with a client to take his Adwords to the next level..

Im going to use the Google Adwords API to generate a very high quality ads, i'm talking about 15,000's keywords and around targeted 10,000 ads.

Is there any problems with the google privacy? the ads have a useful and information related to the subject of the product.

Why would there?

15k ads for 20k keywords. That's what I like to see. Smart advertisers

There are limits to campaigns, adgroups and keywords, but if you have an adwords rep, this shouldn't be a problem. Each case is judged "Internally" but I manage accounts with MUCH more (Of all) and it was seamless. ie: I didn't have to contact Google, they actually contacted me.

 

i think there will be a limit on that amount of ads and keywords but yeah i agree that for such a big job, google will be personaly involved (ie contact you) and allow it. So i dont think it will be allowed without permission first

I have anther question now... is there anyone thati can increase the 100 adgroups limit? i have seen some sayng they have 1000's at one compagine..

I think this 100 number is not true? at this case, it looks like its more like proportional limits than an exact number?

what are your thoughts?

Yes, you can contact your adwords rep about it.

Also, if you are still ahving issues, just set up another campaign.

Great to see so many adgroups being used

 

The limit is really related to account size. Any element within an account can cause you to exceed your account size. If you're making "good use" of the space G' will open it up for you.

by time i need like 10k ad groups,

in the industry im working on.. we are focusing on about 7500 to 10000 products, they are high end proucts each product will have about 2 to 5 keywords (each adgroup).

It sound insane but im willing to give it a try. if it worked the earning will be way very high and if it failed it wouldnot be anything bad.

What do you think?

 

start off small and then think bigger. you never get anywhere starting at $10, 000 a month and then $1000 a month...

 

It's not "insane", it's the right way to do things IMO. I often have 1 keyword per ad group with thousands of ad groups (and ads).

How does one creaket 20k ads ? how long does it take you to create this many? is this human written ads or machine generated ads?

 

use 3-4 words key phrase for best result.

I believe you can do this using Adwords API, than adwords editor, I mean, creating 20K + ads

 

You could build something using the api if you wanted.

i have created so far around 2015 ads... and yes they are almost all unique, and written.

each ad has from 2 to 5 keywords, each one is giving a short description of the product + product part number.

To create this much ads you have two choices:
1. using the API, in that case you will need to be a bit experinced with programming etc.., there is also an open source liberary for php.
2. using adwords editor (i used that in my case), it's fast and quickly does the job, all you do is use Excel to format a valid Google Editor format for adgroups and keywords, then copy from excel and paste into google editor.. thats it.!!

 

Yes, we use adwords editor. Be sure to bear Quality Score in mind when writing your ads and use Dynamic Keyword insertion sparingly.
