My Account Was Blocked What Can I Do?

HELLO
i used to promote gambling in adwords i did it for 2 weeks and it work great.
i didnt know that gambling promotion is not allowed so i got my account blocked (even if i would new i would use it but i would do it differently)

so i decided to open a new account
i made a new site buy new privatedomain open new account with new cc (my wife cc) use different address and connect with new ip and new computer (with out old cookies) and open a new account
but i dont know why the account doesnt show my campaign ads!!!!

does google can know its me how?? i changed all my details
does someone know what google adwards is tracking?

and do someone have a solution for this matter?

Ask a friend or relative to make a debit card and use it at google.

i used my wife card its on her name but i put different address then the original address ( i wrote her mother address)
is it o.k? can google check for the address??

the site is different site with new domain name but on the same hosting ( i thought it ok because their is lot of sites on the same server so they dont block all the server sites and when i checked i have different ip then the last domain even it the same hosting.

so if i understood if i transfer the site to new hosting+new domain+afamily cc it will work

by the way i sees a lot of gambling advertisment on google adwords for very long time how they do it with out getting blocked?

its not possible to run a gambling content campaign on AdWords - it may only work for a few days.

Yes, they know that are you: they use geotargeting technology, they also use you old account data (keywords, ads words) and web site data (layout and content keywords) even the url is different to catch you - and everytime they discover who you are, more data is added to your banned profile and it will be more difficulty to get in again.

what happened really with that second account, no traffic at all? are you sure it is banned too, did you get that confirmed from google?

 

yeah ask them about this problem but dont mention anything about your old account that was banned. they might giev you a solution.
