Tip: If you are stressed it is helpful to exhale first before trying to take a really full gulp of 'fresh' air. /BTW, do you even have fresh air where you live? //The area I live isn't too bad, how about yours?
i am getting my fair share of oxygen in this world, and yeh where i live in southern australia, we have fairly good air, we are in a pretty bad drought though.
I work in an office 9 hours a day at work, then I come home and work in my other office for another 6-10 hours...then I sleep...so...I guess i don't get enough fresh air...(though i have been trying to get away more lately...) though i do manage to work out 3 times a week so that may help

O2 can do . Sport is very important especially for us webmasters who work many hours on the computer. If I don't have enough time to go jogging I do some training in my room while waiting for something.

I always do little breathes when I game, but when i beat a level or something I'll breathe deeply But yeah I'm surrounded by trees so bring on the oxy!
Oh gosh, in this city I don't think I'm ever getting fresh air! Interesting point though! Though I don't like it (Feels uncomfortable) when I notice how I breathe.... rather leave it an involuntary thing lol
not so excellent, live in the city. this old unfiltered diesel cars and busses are quite bad, as well as this idiots in tuned ricebows , driving around on walking speed @4000 rpm just to hear the mighty 4cyl. they should take their scrap metal to a final round at the stock car race instead...
