    Where are your facts? :p

I would like to know things like this. When I become rich, I want to be able to buy some of Europe.

Acquistions by companies normally will cost the price of stock to go down isn't it? ( not always but higher tendency )

The company that gets bought over will normally have a price increase..

You should do a bear call spread, to be on the safe side.

You can be "worth" as much as a country, but you won't be able to buy it. ;)

You can check the facts yourself. Google's Marketcap vs GDP of Countries.

Hehe. I'll revolutionize the world by buying countries for market prices then. I'll be rich and I'll be able to make whatever laws I want. :p

I didn't know that a country is worth only as much as its GDP?
If I look at the GPD of the USA (about $13 trillion) subtract the foreign debt (about $8.5 trillion), the United States are worth $4.5 trillion?
I think Europe should be able to raise $4.5 trillion and still have less foreign debt then the US.

What a silly way of looking at this.

lol, the value of country isn't that easy. Yeh, you can buy some European countries. The damn poor ones. But again, you can't.... it just won't happen.

And fantasies about creating your own fillthy sex laws won't work either. This is the reason why a lot of countries hate the west, because we have things like Nato, the UN and the G8 etc etc who force 'world standards'. Good and bad things about it, but if you start telling girls to walk about naked in your new found country, you can expect a few knocks on the door and, if you ignore 'em, you can expect an invasion.

All in the name of white western terrorists. ;)

Haha, you can't place a value on a country in the first place; it was a hypothetical comparison to begin with.

ehaheha.. the reason why i chose a bear call spread is exactly for, in case the stock price goes the opposite direction and decided to go for a bullish trend..

A Bear call spread will cover your position in both directions... to know more about how you can do that... example..

MS = Microsoft. This is not a financial forum; we don't necessarily go by ticker symbols.
