    Awesome post! Meditation and short hard bursts in the weight room are the only thing that keeps me sane. For people in our position (those that work from home), it presents an opportunity for exercise of the mind and body that we don't likely get enough of.

    It takes as little as 8 minute a day, Don't tell me you can't

    Also, it helps sleeping a lot.

    Does it help sleeping? I'm trying to sleep less to get more work done :p I should try it in the summer break though! Another goal to add to my list :cool:

    I can't stress enough about how meditation can help improve your mental health. Theres no better way to reduce stress and refresh your attitude.
