Well I make a good amount of money monthly using Email/Zip submits. I find Hydra has the best tracking on these, check my sig if you're interrested. As well, CPAEmpire is a very good network, with a lot of Email/Zip submits. These are very easy to generate leads on. PM me if you want more info about either of these.
I started with moreniche and it was converting good then after they split i didn't do well as before. Now i'm really pushing webmasterlife because is converting like crazy, commissions are great and affiliate managers help you a lot.
