Matt, I highly doubt anyone on DP is going to share that info with you, however if you post the same question over at CC, the forum in my signature, I bet you will get a helpful answer within a few hours. We are a sharing bunch of affiliate marketers and we want to see each other succeed.
Plug. Yes Needless. No. It's evident based on the fact that the only answer Matt has received so far is; "test, test, test". And also, Mattevers, it seems you would rather whine about me trying to help Matt, than give him any advise. What if one doesn't have the money to blow on testing all the time? At CC you can be making money in less than 24 hours and everyone is helpful, no secrets. You are provided with everything, a 10k keyword list, free landing pages (there is 3 ringtone pages available for free) and video tutorials to get you up and running. I will say no more though, since it is such a problem.
It's not such a problem. You didn't answer the question. You just sent the guy to another site. If you had mentioned those resources in your original post, it would seem more like help than a plug. Making your own landing pages which differentiates the traffic between different carriers is a start. Of the seven pages, it would probably be best to pick the least "busiest" page. BUT, you will not know how well your traffic converts until you test.
Why don't we just all hand over our keywords, max bids, ad copies, landing pages, domains, azoogle accounts?
The answer is it varies. I really am not trying to be vague but some campaigns one landing pages converts well while the others suck... but a completely different landing page will convert better towards a different demographic. Do some split testing with your landing pages and you will find out which ones work and which ones dont for your demographic.
I am going to go with that. The reality is there are way too many components to say which one is the best. Your keyword selection, traffic source, ad text and all other things will directly impact which landing page converts the best. So for someone to volunteer that information it is not going to help much. People say it all the time, but when are people going to learn, you have to test yourself. If you just go do things based on what others tell you on forums, you will likely never be terribly successful. You have to find things out for yourself. That is the way you make money. If 50 other people are already doing the same thing as you, you are not going to be able to make money duplicating their efforts. The space is not big enough.
