    Seriously, I think you should re-read the TOS, Google won't be very sympathetic to 'I'm new at this' - they have a lot of rules put in place to protect advertisers - thinks like not asking people to click on your ads, not tricking users or making ads look like content, etc.

    You need to be careful, what you think is a 'nice idea' could get you into trouble. I'd focus your energies on building up good sites, and let real, legitimate clicks come your way.
