Did Googlebomb Detonation Effect you?

Like all other White Hat SEOers, I also liked using same anchor text over and over again to top for that specific keyword. And I did.

But, recently after Googlebomb update, I have seen that Google is somewhat not allowing the sites doing this to come at the first page.

Have you also experienced this sort of behavior by Google?

 

What's the googlebomb update? Is that akin to the bigdaddy update?

reduce the or even eliminate(?) effect of googlebombing. continous used of keywords or phrase as anchor text as their backlinks.
e.g. google serp for keyword "miserable failure" will point to pres. bush

 

Ooh that, thanks brealmz. I thought that was corrected a while ago...unfortunate that white hat websites got caught in the crossfire between spammers and google.

it did not effect to my sites and on the otherwise i dont believe google has fixed the googlebomb . google does not want people to make speculation on search results . G has only fixed most known googlebomb. I'm sure if you search you will find so many googlebomb
