    Hmm
    It's OK.
It definitely has a MLM smell to it though. =x

Looks fine to me. Except @ the end, there's no more text, but the page keeps going & going, I'd get rid of those spaces.

    what? how so?

In general, I want the site to be discovered through natural searches - I may even pay for some keywords -

Then read through, and acted on - I would at least like people diverted to my blog so I can put them in the sales cylce that way -

Do you think it will have this effect on someone looking for a trainer? I doubt they know what MLM or IM is ...

You have a BAD seo because you have no Meta Tags. I dont think anyone would find you in any search engine.

Use this site to create Meta Tags and to Analyze them: http://submitexpress.(com) - Take out the brackets, i cant make links.

    Meta tags are key here.

Also, maybe splitting the site into 3-5 pages instead of having everything on one page will work out better. When it's all on one page visitors get an overload and quickly get annoyed by scrolling through.

An organizational format, where testimonials and contact have their separate pages will work much better.

Also, you could try and emphasize the exclusivity of GoHard a bit more.
