Yes i think thier is a couple. Most take 50% of ads and give you the other half. They show thier clickbank ads half the time and yours the rest. All you do is add code for website and your done after sign up.

I've prepared a (hopefully) full list of contextual clickbank solutions on this thread. Many of them are just scripts for one-time payment. Others offer full statistics of the best products for a modest subscription fee. Would love to hear any actual experience.

Google dont like other content targeted ads to be placed on the same page with google adsense. So, it is your choice to use "google adsense that pay cents per click" or "Clickbank Ads that pay per sale up to 75% commission on the product price"
I think it is ok to put Clickbank Adsense ads with Google Adsense. Now Google changed their TOS, they even allow you to put Adsense with YPN! The only thing you should mind is to have your contextual ads in different style(colour, format, etc)
