Always good to see someone who read TOS before starting. In what way are they NOT following their own rules?

You were hosting adult content? Or were they wrong to ban you? If you had porn on your site then you broke the rules, plain and simple.

So you broke the rules - the rules which were plain for you to see and which you agreed to when you signed up to AdSense. If you're looking for sympathy you'll find it in the dictionary between shit and syphillis.

Google not following the rules? They are entitled to have their own Terms and Conditions for their services, and they are entitled to ban/cancel any website that doesn't follow these rules.

I am sure if you report their Orkut adult links they will remove them.

Anyway before agreeing to anything in life, read the contract.

I would say it is a bit unfair of Google not to serve ad for adult contents. Seems it wants to keep the market for itself.

Note: I don't have adult contents and never will.:D

myspace has adult stuff all over it - google doesn't seem to have a problem with that.

let's face it, if you're big enough google doesn't care what you do.
