just browse through the threads, and you will find the offers! there are many forums but then i feel here in dp, you get the best offers! so just browse through, and wait for the option, and when someone searches for a poster, just take the opportunity!
Try looking in the content creation section of Digital Point. There are always offers for posters there. Mary

Are you sure that you visited the content creation? http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=102 I see the whole first page loaded full of threads asking for forum posters.
You could join forum posting companies, but you'd still earn more if you work on your own ( because the companies will take a cut- but joining a company means more offers and regular work and you wouldn't have to waste your time searching for the job in the first place)

Yes! i got some job already. thanks you guys a ton. now hoapefully i can earn some extra money to support my site.
Problem with paid posting is that everyday is worst paid. 10 cents or less per 15 to 25 words topic that requires a degree of expertise or research is not a good deal from my point of view. And bear in mind that some posting companies do not pay until you reach $10 or $15 but sticking to a schedule that might take 2, 3 or more weeks to achieve that goal.
