My question is don't you have stuff to do- Like try to get your site to make more money maybe- Instead of spending time worrying about someone elses site
I would say that there is a decent amount of space between the picture and the ad. The ad is also a different color the border atleast. I would say they are not against tos or yahoo or google.
I spend hours and hours a day browsing the net looking for new ideas. Maybe he is thinking about making a travel site and wanted to do the same kind of layout.

try asking the cop that pulled me over for doing 5 over the same question. He was in the right place at the right time to catch me. so was i in the right place at the right time to come across this persons website. im not a internet cop or anything but violaters of TOS hurts us all. just like when vandals grafitti a subway, the city pays for it by raising everyones taxes. Anyone complain about lower cpc's????? well violators of TOS are the reason prices are lower for us honest webmasters. .....so to answer your question "don't you have stuff to do", YES, I have money to make.
i see all google ads.. Guys, dont we already know yahoo ads are geo-targetted? So all non-Us people would see google ads. what susan says is right
