WTB - Credit Card that can be funded via Western Union

I'm looking for a prepaid credit card or debit card that can be funded via Western Union money transfer.

The two problems are that:

1. I don't have time to do the research
2. I want it immediately (or at least the number, cvv, etc.) and don't want to wait.

If someone runs a scheme like this, or promotes one, PM me the details and I'll order through your affiliate link.

Western Union does provide this.

But, it seems from their website that the cards are only available within North America.

Unfortunately, I am living in S. Korea, and in a few months I'll be permanently relocating to Myanmar (Burma/diet North Korea). . .

I can get to western union locations to transfer money to fund the card, but I'm not sure about getting the actual card/card number itself.

 

I saw someone offering these. But its reloadable VCC. Not sure if this is what you looking for.
