Commision Junction - Sluggish support

    Is it just me or is it Commision Junction that dont have any respect for their affiliates. The support is veeeeeeeeeeeeeeery slow for me. Damn them.

    Not just you. Also me. I sent them a message a week ago and they never responded. They also told me they were gonna review my acct and get back to me after 15 days.. those 15 days are up. CJ sucks. NO arguging about it. NONE. ZIP. NADA. ZILCH! NIL! no, no. IIE!

    Call them. Other than network quality issues (the last of mine took 2 WEEKS to get resolved!!!), calling after 72 hours usually gets the issue taken care of pretty quickly.

    Thats lousy. Commission Junction should take a look at how things are done other places. I mean even Paypal is not so slow although they stinks too. I wonder if Commission Junction is sloppy like that with the payments also.

    Calling is in fact faster.

    Keep in mind they have thousands and thousands of affiliate and just a few support staff.

    The more you make with them the better you'll be treated and the more prompt your replies.

    i complete the form twice to be a advertiser ,and nothing, about 3 month now.

    3 days to get a reply from CJ on a matter of money being taken out of my account - and they never resolved the matter.

    I have sent several e-mails and got nowhere

    I have lost trust in CJ
