    Myself and a partner are selling the following sites. All of these sites are fully functional and very nice for you to build in the traffic and revenue.

    www.screenwriters.tv - a great domain name with a full site using news feeds, forums, and more, GREAT domain with GREAT foundation for a large screenwriters community. $475 BIN.

    www.beachhoppers.com - very catch domain name with a full site ready for you to add on to and bring in the traffic could easily have surfing information and more added into it. $350 BIN.

    www.cssdesignshop.com - sells custom CSS web layouts, all rights to layouts will be transfered to owner. The templates are not and will not be sold anywhere else. Several of them are templates I paid to have made for over 200 each. $550 BIN.

    www.lookup.us - a unique site foundation for an all purpose lookup site. I have added a complete resturaunt database, zip code database, dnwhois script, pagerank script and more! $125 for just the name, $275 for the full site.

    First of all, thanks for the offer. There have been 3 designs sold for a total of $12 revenue. And I'm not sure what is wrong with the site for you? On my end it's working fine.
