Become an editor at Directory Lister.
Help build a large list of high quality free web directories.

    List of Free Web Directories

What does the job of an editor at Directory Lister entail?
One of the main goals of Directory Lister is to provide webmasters and online corporations with an extensive list of both premium (paid) and free web directories. A secondary goal is to provide the *largest* list of [online and still up and running] free web directories on the Internet.

Becoming an editor today gives you access to adding and editing the list of free web directories.

    Benefits; I think yes.
There's a number of benefits you'll receive by becoming an editor to create this massive list of free web directories.

If you're currently a free web directory owner, you can do a bit of self-promotion by adding your own directory to the list.

All editors will also receive their own profile page. Editors will have the ability to link to their own websites, talk about themselves (their experiences, their history, their biography, etc), and rate directories on their profile page. Editors can also place contexual & affiliate advertisements, such as Google AdSense, on their profile page.

    Following the system
Within Directory Lister's administration panel, editors will have the ability to add and edit free web directory listings.

Directory Lister ranks all directories by PageStrength in descending order by default.

Editors simply have to fill out a form to submit a free web directory onto the site. Editors will need to know the following information of the directory before properly submitting:

1.) Is the directory FREE? (Recripricol and nofollow directories are WORTHLESS.)

2.) Name of the Directory. (Editors cannot use URLs or simply the word "Web directory" as a name.)

3.) PageStrength of the Directory. (Editors simply need to look-up the PageStrength of the directory via full URL; yes, that's with www. in front.)

4.) PageRank of the Directory. (Editors can find out the PageRank of any directory by going to CheckPageRank.com; PageRank is determined via full URL, aka, with www. in front.)

    That's about it.
Well, that's about it. It's a very simple job, with some pretty good benefits. Editors will also feel the inner-warmth knowing that they're serving and providing webmasters with a free, very resourceful service.

If you're interested, simply reply to this thread.
I'll send you a PM and we can probably get started almost immediately. :)

Thanks for your time reading this.

That's really up to the editor. I'd really prefer editors that contribute at least twice per week somehow.

I'm looking for about 10 or so editors. Editor profile pages will be linked to from the free web directory list.
