Very nice - placement fine. Might get better results if you could place banner/link units between posts, just like here at DP. Also I think the top banner unit has slightly different colours to the sidebar skyscraper unit - you might like to make them match.

Nice placement, try using blue link colors for your adsense ads instead so they look more like links.
