3rd-level ccTLD registrations

    If you had a chance to register a decent keyword in a 3rd-level ccTLD, (for example .com.xx) would you recommend it if it had a reasonable yearly fee of about $10/year?

    Even if it was one of the crappiest extentions out there, do you think it could get a decent resale value? It actually has a very cheap yearly fee for a ccTLD.

    No, .com.nl would be 3rd level, .nl is 2nd level.

    Yes, that's correct. 2nd level is just .xx, 3rd level is .com.xx

    Yea if selling is your purpose try to sell it within a year or two otherwise you have to go always for renewal.
