Domain Hacks - Yes it says Domain Hacks

    I never heard of such a thing before until seeing it another forum. Apparentely it is even written up in wiki Domain Hacks and the persons domain hack site

    What do you think of this? Strange but hey its out there.

    Yea it is subdomains.

    They buy a domain e.g icio.us

    create the subdomain del to make http://del.icio.us

    So what everyone is saying is that this is domain hacks/subdomains/ Del.icio.us would be the perfect example of what a domain would be. So really what it comes down to is a subdomain? right? or I am wrong?

    Doesn't have to be a subdomain.

    Could be 'www.1.st'

    del.icio.us & blo.gs (Bought by yahoo) are 2 examples.

    You don't need to create a subdomain to have a domain hack. Blo.gs is a domain hack without the need of creating a subdomain

    I got one the other week that any self respecting Manchester United fan should die for:

    GIG.GS

    As in Ryan Giggs

    Not worthe a fortune but would make a great MUFC & Ryan Giggs blog site

    Oh and the email address ryan[@]gig.gs has to be the ultimate one for any fan.
