Link to www. tonerboss.com http://www.cbgred.com/Shopping/Office_Products/ I just want to refund to this guy and don't want to deal with this kind of buyer... how to refund? Paypal holds that $5.95 and I can't find the refund option anymore.. it looks paypal give me four options: Provide tracking information Provide proof that I already issued a refund to the buyer Provide evidence for dispute (other than tracking information) Accept liability which one I choose?
Same here xc06. Just got a paypal chargback while I approved that link for more than 2 months (approved as on 7th Feb,2007). http://www.directoryworld.info/Shopping/Office_Products/ Link to same one as you tonerboss . com Just sent email to that link buyer asking why he/she issue it ??
So funny that it says "The chargeback states that the buyer's card was used to make a purchase without their knowledge." His/Her paypal id end with email extension tonerboss.com and he/she submitted site also tonerboss.com then how its possible to puchase this without their knowledge ?
I really want to give $5.95 back to him and say to him: Don't sumbit to directories any more and you will get rejected for sure.
same here :-( received a chargeback for the same site i.e. tonerboss.com, payment was made and approved on jan 24. what should i do now?
IF there are so many, I really would dispute, there is no way this person can not know, if money is coming from his cc every day, come one then 3 months later a charge back.
Seems fishy, might be trying it on. His domain will be banned from my directories. Thanks for the warning. Rep Given.
noted, tks for the warning. will blacklist his site on mine too. But, actually, why do you guys want to refund him? Not too experienced with charge-back. Since you have fulfilled your part of the deal, are you obliged to refund? What happens if you don't?
Received the same chargeback from the same guy...for several directories on mine. I went ahead and refunded his money and deleted his sites...and left him a very nasty message about what I think about him.
Looks like this guy is trying to abuse the Paypal system. Dispute it for sure. This guy is just trying to get free links.
We received several chargeback notices today as well from Jan 07. We will be disputing it, as the paypal email address is the same as the website domain. So either the CC was stolen by tonerboss.com, and they are crooks (their domain is registered as 2002 , they list full contact informaiton on their website, their toll free number works, so the "appear" legit) or the person doing the charge back just doesn't remember or fired or stupid. If you get this chargeback, go ahead and dispute, if we all dispute it there is a greater change that Paypal or the credit card company looks into tonerboss.com to see what is up. It doesn't take much time to dispute it. I chose the option "Provide evidence for dispute (other than tracking information)" and then providing the information (purchased advertising) to tonerboss.com , provided the whois look up contact information on the domain, and the contact information listed by the company, and the IP that submitted the website. Let's all post our progess, as this is the first chargeback we have gotten that I think is BS. 3 months ago, what is that about??? Please post any response you get from that person or paypal Maybe we should all email tonerboss's general email ? Morty
