Maybe the problem isn't everyone else?

Not to disrupt your discussion about political beliefs... but Demicans and Republocrats are essentially the same nowadays - and it only takes a simple understanding in economics to figure that out.

The entire political system is a ploy to distract everyone from the one real truth about our government - it's greedy. Kickbacks, lobbyist, blatant bribes, military spending that vanishes from the real bills, and of course the entire basis of our military today -> The Military-industrial complex - where we continue to spend billions upon billions for over-priced hardware, making it a necessity to go to war in order to use them and then build more.

That is by - by far I might add - the smartest man to have ever served this country, and the world.

Jackuul, I agree with you 100%. Democrats and Republicans are two sides of the same coin. Welcome to the club.

I think you and I can both agree that the problem is everyone else. Just like that guy who came in and called Ron Paul a hick, most Americans know nothing about what is happening to this country.

In fact, I think it was recently on Yahoo news that Americans know more about American Idol contestants than Political Presidential Candidates. And I wander why the country is falling apart.

Gtech, you're more informed than most Americans, but as Jackuul just said, both the political parties are the same. Its time to go back to the basics, to the Constitution, and Ron Paul is the only person so far who has shown this, despite his 911 views.

Nowhere to go. We are losing our freedoms fast, but it's probably still one of the best countries. If there was a single place like US 100+ years ago, I'd be there

Yeah. Short of living life of a hermit in rural Siberia

It's important to prioritize. I think it's better to spend time on preparing for the worse times, arranging things so that you don't feed the government when possible, etc. Voting isn't that important IMO, it won't make any difference

As far as Federal Reserve goes, easy solution - just don't keep your money in dollars, problem solved

Why do you support Obama? I've stated Ron Paul's views, please explain Obama's and how his is better.

You like the U.S. being turned in a welfare state? You like having guns banned? Obama will do it. If you family should be threatened with criminals who have guns(since they don't follow gun control laws) you'll be wishing there was a second amendment.

You make yourself sound immature. Instead of attacking Ron Paul's views, you must call him a hick.......which almost sounds racist.

You see, when I attack Obama, I don't make it personal. I don't call him, or any other candidate for that matter, derogatory names. I attack their views, because I compare it to the Constitution to see if it is compatible. If they are not, they just aren't.

If Obama followed Constitutional principles, I would vote for him. But he doesn't, and Ron Paul does. If Ron Paul didn't support the Constitution, I wouldn't vote for him either.

That is the truth. It is just hard when everything you purchase is in dollars, and all your payments are in dollars. But yes, having a stockpile of gold and silver is highly recommended.

America is already a welfare state, the marginal change with Obama would be insignificant. Whoever it is, it will not matter - the election was decided in 2004 with the skulls and bones.

P.S. Go piss on someone else's president. You try to get up there and pull our troops out of IRAQ. Now either you agree that we got into the war for the wrong reason. Or that we got in the war for the right reason.

Either way if we were to pull out now we would seem like a bunch of pussies. And our reputation as a strong nation would be given one hell of a kick to the testicles.

( I hate liberal scum who argue Gorge W. Bush is a bad president, if he was really that bad he wouldn't of been elected twice. Get a life and stop dogging my president you commy scum :) )

Silence. That is your best option. You soil conservatism with your irrational remarks and confrontational behavior.

You just contradicted yourself. First you say America needs a change, then you say a man going by the Constitution is not going to bring about change, when that is exactly what the country needs. Makes a lot of sense. If Ron Paul goes by the Constitution, there will in fact be change. Why? Because current politicians don't follow the document.

You continue name calling of presidential candidates, without explaining why their views don't work. Your arguments are less than weak.

Umm yeah, I know about the Amero, and the Republicans are involved as well as the Democrats and liberals. The NAU is a bipartisan issue. The Amero is not going to help anything. The United States will be merged with Mexico and Canada, and turned into a third world country. Wow, what a great idea. The United States will no longer be a sovereign nation, and it will be merged with Canada and Mexico, creating a new EU. So much for our Constitution.

Guys like you will be happy with the U.S. becomes a police state. I don't know why, you won't be a part of the elite, and you are going to suffer. Its really stupid when you think about it.

I bet you're gonna love having no free speech, no right to assembly, guilty until proven innocent. I guess some people just like being slaves..........

Sounds like you don't know much about Mexico. Down there, you have to pay cops not to arrest you, and there is no middle class. That is why so many of the citizens are coming here. But don't worry, the U.S. is gonna become like Mexico REAL soon. I just hope I have enough money to catch a flight out of here when it does.

    ..............okay, whatever you say.

He's been the most disasterous and stupid president in US history mate. His illegal invasion of Iraq has resulted in the deaths of thousands upon thousands of innocent people, I will not stop dogging him any time soon.
